About St. Maarten Flavors Month!

Every June, St. Maarten Flavors Month brings the island’s culinary community together for a special celebration of food and creativity. During this month, participating restaurants and culinary partners go beyond their regular offerings to create unique “Off the Menu” experiences designed to surprise, inspire and bring people together.

From intimate tastings and hands-on cooking classes to special dining events and creative culinary collaborations, Flavors Month offers a chance to experience St. Maarten’s food scene in a whole new way.
